What is My Account?

Registering to the My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting us next time, making it faster to place future orders.

Once you have registered with us, you can sign in using your username and password. We'll provide you with an address book, a reminder section to store your recipient's details, and a log of orders previously placed.


I forgot my password!

Don't worry. We've got you covered. Here's what you need to do.


Step 1: Click here to go to the login page

Step 2: Enter your e-mail ID

Step 3: Click on the Forgot Password? link


A new password will be sent to your registered email. You can use that password to log in to your Account and then reset it in the My Account section.


Oops! I do not remember my login ID and password.

No worries! Please share your order number to support@kw.fnp.com with a request for your login ID & password. We will provide you with your login credentials.


What is my Cart?

Like shopping carts in a retail store, My Cart helps you keep the things you want in one place while you continue browsing or leave the site to think about it.


Can I remove products in my Cart?

If you wish to remove a particular product from your Cart, click on 'Manage Your Cart.' You will be able to see all products in your Cart. Click the 'Remove' button next to the item you wish to remove from your Cart.


Where to track my shipment of the orders?

You can track your order for the latest delivery information. You will see a 'Track Order' option on the top right corner of the page. Enter your order number & click on 'Track Now' to see the current status of your order.


How to place an order?


What are the modes of placing an order with FNP?

Following are the ways in which you can place an order with us.

  • Online - Log on to  www.kw.fnp.com and have fun shopping!

  • You can mail us all the details at support@kw.fnp.com, and we will place an order for you.


What information is required from my end to submit the order?


We would require the following information from you:

  • Recipient’s name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact number of the recipient
  • Date of delivery
  • Time of delivery will be needed in case of products that are delivered by hand
  • Sender’s name
  • Shipping option
  • Billing information

How do I find different types of products?

To make shopping easy and hassle-free for you, we have categorized our products into different categories. You can choose products from categories like Flowers, Cakes, and Gifts. You can also choose products based on the occasion. Happy shopping!

Where all do you deliver?

We deliver all Across KUWAIT. Click here to see our list of Serviceable Cities Express Cities, Courier Cities, and Remote cities.


Is there any particular time of delivery?

All orders are delivered during business hours 8 AM - 10 PM


Can I choose my time of delivery?

NO, as of now we do not offer fixed time delivery


Can I get the order delivered midnight?

NO, as of now we do not offer mid night delivery


Are there any shipping charges?

Yes there are charges for the delivery.

We have the following 2 modes of delivery - hand delivery and courier.


I don’t want to disclose my personal information to the recipient, how do I place the order?

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email & SMS along with your order number.


What do the different order statuses mean?

  • Payment received: We have received the payment of your order, and your order is ready to be executed.
  • Payment declined: The payment for your order has failed.
  • Order confirmed: Your order is confirmed. It will be delivered as per your chosen date and time slot.
  • Out for delivery: Your order is out for delivery.
  • Order Delivered: Your order has been delivered.
  • Delivery attempted: We tried to deliver your order but could not because the recipient was unable/the recipient's number was not reachable/the premises was locked/the address was incomplete/incorrect.
  • Returned to origin: Our courier partner tried to deliver your order thrice but could not because the recipient was unable/the recipient's number was not reachable/the premises was locked/the address was incomplete/incorrect.

What is Same Day delivery?

We’re happy to take your last minute orders and guarantee same day delivery.

For same-day Standard Time Delivery, orders must be placed before 4:00 PM


What is a normal courier delivery?

Your order will be delivered through our courier partners. For products shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery chosen by you is an estimate. Your order may be delivered a day prior or a day after the chosen delivery date.


Order Modification/Cancellation


How can I make a change in my order or cancel it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us at +96522050762 or email us at support@kw.fnp.com.

Note: For order modification/cancellation in a domestic order, please give at least 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make changes. For order modification/cancellation in an international order, please give at least 48 hours notice. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make changes.


How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

It takes up to 24 hours time to process a cancellation request.


What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Your refund amount shall be credited to the same Debit card/Credit card/Mobile wallet through which the payment was made.


Return & Refund Policy


What is FNP’s Return Policy?

No returns are allowed. However, if a wrong or defective product has been sent, let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at support@kw.fnp.com or call us at +96522050762 08:00 AM- 10:00 PM, Monday-Sunday.


How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

We take stringent measures to ensure that the delivered items are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that the wrong item was delivered to you. Don't worry. You can write to us at support@kw.fnp.com or call us at +96522050762 8:00 AM- 10:00 PM, Monday-Sunday, and we will take care of it.


What are the cases where a refund will not be made?

We do not guarantee a refund for cases where:

  • Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products, and preserved items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
  • Cancellation/modification request in a Domestic order made less than 24 hours before the date of delivery and Cancellation/modification request in an International order made 48 hours before delivery date. If we cannot supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.

When will the refunded amount be credited back to my account?

Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, the refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post, which takes 5-7 working days.


What if I am unhappy with my order?


I am unhappy with my order!

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy. Your smile is our promise! No frowns. If any, we'll tilt the curve.

Vouchers/Discounts/Points


How do I redeem my Gift Certificate/Discount Coupon?

Log on to (www.kw.fnp.com)

After you have selected your products and filled in the shipping details, you will get an option to redeem your coupon on the 'Order Summary page. Click on 'I want to redeem my discount/gift coupon.' The coupon code needs are entered in this section, and then click on the submit button.


What is the difference between a Discount Voucher and an e-Gift Voucher?

Gift Vouchers - These vouchers help you redeem a certain amount in the total amount of your purchase, like KD 10 off on any purchase.

Discount Vouchers - These vouchers help redeem a certain percentage of your order value, like 10% off or 15% off.

Both of these have alphanumeric codes.


How do I buy/gift an e-Gift Voucher?

You can buy e-Gift Vouchers, either for yourself or your loved ones. These vouchers will be alphanumeric e-codes that can be mailed or printed on the gift vouchers and presented. To buy one, please write to support@kw.fnp.com.


How do I make a purchase with an e-Gift Voucher?

Log on to www.kw.fnp.com

After you have selected your products and filled in the shipping details, you will get an option to redeem your coupon on the 'Order Summary page. Click on 'I want to redeem my discount/gift coupon.' The coupon code must be entered in this section and then clicked on the submit button.


Can I use promotional codes with e-Gift Vouchers?

Sorry but no two offers can be clubbed together, which means you can use the promotional code or the e-Gift voucher.


Is there a limit on how many e-Gift vouchers I can use on a single order?

Yes, you can use only 1 e-Gift Voucher on a single order.


What Terms & Conditions apply to e-Gift Vouchers?

The offer can't be combined with any other ongoing offers of FNP.

The benefits under the offer are non-negotiable.


What is Refer a Friend & Win Rewards program?
